Our agency offers a variety of public safety communications services to many different agencies. Primary agencies are those that have an agreement with us to provide some kind of service beyond routing emergency calls. Services may include handling emergency and non-emergency calls, direct radio dispatch, radio paging, MULES inquiry and maintenance, and other miscellaneous clerical duties related to our field as requested.
